2006 deluxe

I use quicken to download daily updates of our accounts with Charles Schwab.

Quicken shows the daily/gain loss as 0.00 and in Gain/Loss % about any number it want to put there. Under Summary the totals market value and cash match with Schwab. I have called Quicken about 3 times. two weeks ago he told me the fix would be in this week. Has anyone else seen this in 2006 any 2007 Deluxe have same problem? I hope in 2007 they did away with all this password stuff? I'm the only one to use the system I can understand using passwords to access quicken on start up.It's a pain doing over an over again to check banking and Schwab through out the day.

Jeff:

I use Q2007 H&B R2, and my Schwab accounts reflect accurate, though delayed, Gain/Loss, Gain/Loss (%), Day Gain/Loss.

Logging onto Schwab gives me real-time quotes and balances.

One nice feature of Q2007 is that it retains the PIN vault password, so I can update periodically without having to re-enter the password.

Bob,

Maybe I didn't explain the older Quicken bill minder. Q 2006 also pops up bill minder also. But what I liked about the old Quicken when it popped up you could actually work on say checks due and if I remember do a few other thing without running the main program. I thought that was a neat item. Did they reintroduce that again in 2007?

Jeff:

No, clicking on anything starts the full program.

Bob,

In 2007 it will. To bad 2000 that was a quick and easy way to do things without starting quicken. Did you upgrade to 2007 from ? Did the service release help? Jeff
