I'm running the latest version of Quicken Premier under the latest version of Windows 11 Pro.
I have 3 accounts with Charles Schwab. When I do my daily one step update, I always get the message CC-501 "Unable to update these accounts because of an error on the Quicken server."
However, updates to the Schwab accounts do show up when they exist.
This is not a big deal, but does anyone know what's happening and why
I was having similar problems with USAA. Try turning off online access for each account, then reconnecting. So far, no problems for me.
Thanks very much. I did that for one of the three accounts, and it fixed it for all three.
Sorry, I was wrong. It's not fixed. It doesn't matter. I'll leave it alone.
My USAA acount OSDs are intermittent as well.
