As stated in subject -- Bank Summary in 2009P R2 shows hidden acc'ts though that "Option" is checked. This is a pain particularly with ALL cc acc'ts showing. I can't find a way to keep them hidden.
BTW, because of a qkn launcher problem, I did a clean uninstall/reinstall 09 with same result. Would appreciate help on this.
What "option"?
I don't have R2 installed, so if it turns out that R2 is involved, I probably won't be much help.
Look in the Account List, lower left hand corner. Do you have the box, "Show hidden accounts" checked?
If it was checked, and you uncheck it, you will probably have to select a tab different than "Summary", then return to the Summary tab, to have the hidden accounts disappear.
On the Summary page there are options at the top right of each type of acc't & 1 of those options is "hidden account." I tried it both checked & unchecked with no observable change.
Thanks John, I found it & that took care of the problem. I kept looking on the summary page; the accounts list was accurate & did not show any hidden acc'ts so it never occurred to me to look there. After about 14 yrs use of qkn I still have much to learn.
So do I.
