Are you sure? My category list is shared across all accounts in the same Quicken file. I didn't think you 'have' a category list that is unique for individual Quicken accounts. (Now, if you're talking about different Quicken FILES, that's a whole different story).
same here - ie - "charity" - used across all my accounts - Chase checking, BoA checking, Biz checking, Mastercard, Visa, etc...
Like you said - everything is located in my one and only single Quicken data file -
