How do I include an ampersand in the Company Address for an invoice?

Your question is totally lacking in information.
Here's the equivalent answer: Enter the address - with the ampersand - in the address book.

When I added an address while creating an invoice, "John & Pollard" became "John _Pollard". When I added it directly into the Address Book, it worked fine.

You may want to try 2 ampersands together, i.e., && Thanks, Jim
