any probs downloading same fund in 3 accounts

I had a problem one before with Quicken not properly handling a Fidelity mutual fund that was held in 3 different accounts. ie - joint accout, and then each of two IRA's -

Has anyone else had any problems when downloading transactions that they all filter into a single account vs their proper accounts ? I'm thinking of swapping our IRA's from Fidelity Growth & Income to the Fidelity Growth fund, as I already have that in our joint account.

I've got several instances of the same fund being held in multiple accounts (between MY Rollover, my Roth, my Sep-IRA, wife's rollover/Roth/Sep) and they all download without ANY difficulty.

I don't hold any mutual funds in my taxable account ... but other than that our situations seem comparable.

Are your IRA accounts in Q set up as "regular" accounts? or as Single-Mutual fund accounts? What was your specific problem in the past.
