I dont really trust inuit at all so dont have them to have any data from me at all.

Yes, you are required to register newer versions of Quicken (starting with Q2014).
Don't understand the second sentence.
1.) Intuit no longer owns Quicken
2.) I know of no reason not to "trust" the company that owns Quicken.
3.) Registering Quicken does not give the owners of Quicken access to any of your data. Basically all you do is create a user-id and password, which you may be required to provide on occasion in order to use Quicken.
