are there such things as Quicken Consultants

Looking for someone to help me prepare my old data files from 1992 thru current BEFORE I update to the 2013 version of Quicken. I want to start fresh with the new version - ie I don't want all the Categories accounts, payees, etc. to come over so I can get a fresh start and do it more efficiently than years past. The other criteria is that I have to be able to easily access the old data files which were created in Quicken 99. Since 1999 I have not archived my files, so there is an accumulation of old accounts (a lot of hidden accounts), older categories and subcategories and payees, etc.... Many of those are no longer needed. I realize that the way Quicken support says to do it, I would either install the new version and open all of my data files there and all of the history and old mess would come with it. Or I could make backups then archive older files, selecting the option to delete info as I go. That would reduce the amount of old stuff that comes into my new 2013 version. Neither of those work well if I want to be able to access the data easily. Instead is it possible I could install the 2013 version, then open all my data files so they are updated to the current version. Then can I archive and backup all of my files delete the data when it asks me from these new 2013 files. Then can I open up a new 2013 file and start over fresh, with new categories, new account info, etc. That seems to make the most sense, but not sure if it is possible to have two 2013 versions on the computer side by side....One that has all the archived data and all of the older categories, etc and one that is completely new? Can I do that? And if so how do I accomplish the last step? Am I reloading version 2013 two times on my computer? The version with all the old data and a new version that begins anew. I presume I could setup an ARCHIVE FOLDER on my computer and then save all the old files but how do I separate the

2013 versions - one with old categories and one with new?

I would appreciate any advice I could get or referrals to anyone that can and does advise on Quicken software. __
