Asset class definitions?

How does Quicken define a "Large Cap" stock?

Quicken doesn't define the asset classes used in Quicken; Value Line does. You might be able to get detailed information from Value Line, but I think you might get close enough if you follow Quicken Help instructions.

1.. Choose Investing menu > Asset Allocation Guide (Do it for me). 2.. From the left navigation pane, select How do I update asset classes. 3.. Click Common questions about downloading asset classes. and, what the Help doesn't say 4.) Click "How are Mid-cap stocks classified?

(Yes I know you asked about Large Cap).

Thanks, John. Other readers: Quicken offers only "Large Cap" and "Small Cap" asset classes. $4B market cap is the line.

Also, the bond class has no parallel subdivisions. You must enter them yourself.
