I installed quicken deluxe 2008 & upgraded to release 9. I attempted to backup to a CDRW using the backup function of quicken. (this is the way i backed up my files when using quicken deluxe 06) I selected the option to add the date to the backup file name. when i try to do the backup i get an error "choose another device. this device is read only". there is plenty of space left on CDRW & i can write to it with other software in this device.
Any ideas on what is going wrong?
