In 2007 the attachement function seemed VERY broken. The View pulldown was always grayed and never worked and if you picked options and encrypted it (which was your only option) the file was unviewable. If you attached anything but an MS Office document you could not attach multiple documents that you could view. Is this still the case in 2008?
