Get two clients together

I have two clients in Quicken, in two filesets, and I want to integrate the smaller one into the larger one, so that I have only one fileset in the end. Is this possible without losing any data (repeated bookings, adresses, credits etc)?

If yes, how?

thanks

If you have a version of Quicken earlier than Q2005, you can get the major elements of your transactions from one file to another using QIF file Export/Import. Some effort, occasionally significant, may be required to get the results accurate. See the "merge Quicken files" faq at the MSN Quicken Users Group site.

I have the latest version, and I see now, that it was the english word "merge" which I was looking for. Please tell me were I find MSN Quicken Users Group

thanks

Then you will have to adjust your approach from the one suggested in the MSN Quicken User Group faq; it assumes that you can import directly into individual Quicken accounts ... which you can not do starting with Q2005. You will have to import to "all accounts", which, as the faq notes, does not produce ideal results.
