How do I add an investment in an LLC

Aug 25, 2005 1 Replies

I have several investments in limited liability partnerships (LLC's). How can I set these up in Quicken? These are not liquid, but I would like to keep track of them in Quicken anyway so that all of my investments are in one place.

thanks,

Len

First of all, an LLC is a limited liability 'company'. You should set these investments up as Assets. If you make a capital contribution, you increase your asset, and if you receive a distribution, you decrease your asset. HTH.
