How do I stop Quicken from asking me to login?

Quicken Deluxe, 2016. I know it has expired, we don't need downloads.

When we start up Quicken, we get nagged to log in. I've put up firewall rules to block outbound for qw.exe, quickenPatch.exe, bagent.exe, qwul.exe.

At this point, setting more outbound blocks is just guessing.

Any ideas?

That is a different problem; that user was getting an error message that Quicken was unable to connect to the server, and could not get updates.

We're getting prompted to log in. We can click on the 'X' to get out of that, get prompted again, click on the X, and Quicken will start up.

We want to stop getting asked to log in.
