Why not try reinstalling the entire product? I would think that would do it (and then some)....
As Andrew suggested, a simple re-install would be the way to go. Merely copying qwmain.dll would probably not work, since the reformat of your hard drive would have wiped out the Windows registry also.
UNLESS, of course, you're trying to hack an illegal copy of Q. In which case the sort of message that you posted would be exactly the sort of request that one would post ... because your message otherwise makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE!
