Morningstar Risk assessment

I think Quicken and/or Morningstar have it backward. The show a high risk on government securitys such as the Vanguard Treasury Inflation Protected Bonds, Treasury Bond fund and Intermediate Term Investment grade securities fund. On the other hand they list the Corp High Yield (junk) Bond Fund as low risk.
