John, you know as well as I do: one can ALWAYS find a lawyer who will mirror one's own opinion. Quicken's

owners may have the high-priced legal beagles, HOWEVER, the court of public opinion will get them in the end,

if they pull any funny business. They would be slammed across the net. Look what is happening to United Airlines.

Mint servers last week, access to ones Quicken data is vulnerable to more than just Quicken preventing it. There are the problems of Quicken disappea ring but also other services that Quicken relies on.
