Please explain Validation errors

I am having problems reconciling in Q2005, R5; the totals are coming up wrong. I ran a validate and then a super validate on the file and had an error file created. I am trying to understand what it all means. Any help would be appreciated, as the Intuit website seems useless to my problem. Here are the complete contents of the errors file:

It means your Quicken file is in trouble, and likely unfixable if Validate chokes on it.

Can you restore to a backup?
