I have no problem printing from all other programs, but suddenly, I cannot access either printer from Q2005 (WinXP, HP5510, BJ200). Using File>Printer Setup>Reports & Graphs, I get a mssg "Unable to verify printer at system level..." HP offered help in removing printer drivers and reinstalling, although they too believe it a Q program problem. No solution to that exercise. How to correct the Q2005 bug?? Thanks, Phil
