Can a user move the summary column from the left side of the screen to the right side of the screen?
If not, why not?

Edit - Preferences - Setup - Account Bar Display - Right Side of the screen.
Also: right-click in the Account Bar screen space, then left-click on "Show Account Bar on left" or "Show Account Bar on right".
