This is for the PC Disc version. Oddly enough, the PC Download is still $107.75.
According to the web page, it can be delivered in two days.
Costco.com was a mistake. I placed my order on October 18 and their web pile does not indicate a delivery date.
Amazon is eating the world.

I wonder why. Deluxe is the same price - $54.99 for both download and disc. Maybe they assume the power investors are willing to pay an extra $32.76 to get it 2 days sooner.
