Quicken Community -- Unable to Login

a long time ago.My password no longer works. I clicked on the lost password link andgot:

You have a local email address, so we can't just email a new password to you (because you've lost the password for your email account too).

Please send an email to the sysop, including your phone number. The sysop can assign a new password for you and give you a call. snipped-for-privacy@intuit.com.

I don't have know what "You have a local email address" means. The email address I entered is at my post office. So, unless Intuit hijacked my server the email address is not local to them.

I have emailed snipped-for-privacy@intuit.com asking for a password reset but get no response.

I just cannot log into their forums to request help getting around the bugs in H^B 2008.

Is there another contact (other than the snipped-for-privacy@intuit.com. dead letter office)?
