Can't login after install9ing to new computer (Q2015)

Had to install Q2015 to new computer. Can't sign in with ID because I cannot change the Intuit from my email address. Q won't allow me to enter it. I tried to reset the password using the email address which was my ID at some point far in the past (been using Quicken over 15 years). To change the password I need to remember my favorite book from then, which I don't. I either need a way to get a new password for the account with my email address or a way to change the ID for the sign in process.

Waited on hold with Quicken support for hours. Then tried chat and no one ever responded. So I know have a completely useless Quicken? Is this their way of saying we don't want to be in this business?

At the foot of the Intuit Sign-in dialog should be a link to allow you to create a new Intuit ID or sign-in with a different Intuit ID (which can be the same as an existing ID).

I don't know if you ever resolved this, but I've been trying to figure it o ut as well and finally got it going. Go to Edit / Preferences / Intuit ID & Mobile Alerts and click on Sign in as a different User. Enter 'yes' to c onfirm. Restart Quicken and you'll be prompted to enter your current usern ame and password.
