I have several accounts with NFCU, including savings, CD, and mortgages; all downloaded fine at Quicken Online.

Enough so that I don't even bother downloading from NFCU; too few transactions for too much work. My primary bank accounts are held at other financial institutions, thank goodness.

You might want to make sure your anti-annoyance insurance premium is paid. :) From my limited testing, and reports from others, it seems the Online product synchronizes quite well. Not that there are no problems (and there are not near as many fi's available yet), but the idea I get is that the Online version is probably working better for the accounts it is able to setup correctly.

Actually, I think the only place the desktop product is having significant downloading problems is with "Express Web Connect" (web connect downloads using One Step Update). MS Money is also having such problems. I think those problems stem from using screen scraping to get the data ... and running into Multi Factor Authentication ... which is designed to prevent things such as screen scraping.

I can't tell you exactly why the Online version doesn't appear to have the same problems; maybe Intuit is using Direct Connect in the Online version and not charging the fi's for it.

There are Intuit user-to-user forums specifically for the Online version, and it seems that because the product is in its infancy, meaning not too many experienced users, there are quite a few responses from Intuit.
