Is quicken online backup used by many people. Is there a charge for this service and if so, how much?

Yes there is a fee ... and it depends upon how much space you want for your backups.

Is quicken online backup used by many people. Is there a charge for this service and if so, how much?
There must be a point where it starts to charge because I'm NOT paying a fee. I don't really use it but I wanted to try it out. I backed it up online. Then using a free android app (Quicken), I was able to see all my data. I have not done anything else other than that because I don't like my financials Online like that.
