We've invested in some training but really we need a quick reference quide. A "how to...?" guide if you like.
For example...what to do when someone incorrectly enters something, how to enter in staff allowances for goods etc.
Any ideas if something like this is avaliable - either electronically or in book form? Thanks
From my experience, the best source of information is using Quicken's Help menus in the tool bar. Most input errors can be corrected by simply changing/correcting the entry itself. Or deleting the transaction completely and entering a new transaction. Jim M.
Thanks for this. The trouble is we don't even know how to delete the transaction.
Our trainer spent 3 hours with us and to be honest we didn't learn the basics!! Spent most of that time trying to set up the hardware and getting the database sorted out!
CTRL D deletes the transaction.
