QuickenW registry problem?

I've been using Quicken for a long time, back when the default folder was QuickenW. I just moved it to Program Files\Quicken but the Windows registry must still be looking for it in its former location so sounds don't work and Windows XP can't associate files with it. Any easy way to fix this or should I just put it back where it was in C:\QuickenW? I am using Quicken 2005 Basic and Windows XP. Thank you.

Somewhere in the archives of this group (Google), I think there is a registry hack for missing sounds.

As far as associating files, you can modify that in Windows Explorer: Tools > Folder Options > File Types. Look for the QDF and QFX extensions.

But it might just be simpler to reinstall Quicken and specify the folder you like to the installation process.
