RMD problems

I am currently with a new Windows 7 & Quicken 2011 program, but the issue has always been there. How to "sell" the RMD from a mutual fund that's set up for 401K and then apply that money (which is in cash in that mutual fund account)to a checking account and, most importantly, have that read

401k withdrawal. Quicken has that line under the "income" portion, but it's been a headache for the past 10 years. Any help would be appreciated. P.S. I don't have a problem with selling the funds - it's the application of the second part. I am not a computer techi and my husband is an accountant (the ledger type)so I am trying to accomplish something that would have been easy on paper on a cmputer.
