And this surprise you?? That's been their stated policy for a while 3 years and then on-line features stop working....

And since you get the latest Q free every year with the purchase of TT, it's not that big a deal to just keep upgrading. Except for the FIs like Valic that ceased d/l as of Q05. That's a PITA.
