T. Rowe Price online access?

OK. So, last week Quicken would hang when updating accounts with T. Rowe Price. Since all the other online accounts I'm running were working fine, I figured it was something that their end and simply unchecked it from the one-step update list.

Try again this week: Still not working. So, did what I usually do when something like this happens: Backup the file, delete the on-line information in quicken for that account, and try signing up again.

This time, with Quicken H&B 2011, something different happened. After entering in the proper user id and password, Quicken (apparently) tried to contact T. Rowe Price. I was left with a window with a rotating green symbol, with text stating, "Getting your online accounts at T. Rowe Price". And there it sat for 15-20 minutes.

After figuring that Something Was Wrong, tried closing the window by hitting the "X", top right corner - and it didn't take, right along with an error beep. Trying to stop Quicken's main program didn't work either. The only way to stop this thing was to bring up task manager and stopping the program there. At least, afterwards, Quicken seems to come up without errors and all the other accounts seem in good working order.

Since the above, I've tried a few things: Putting in a fake account number, trying to get Quicken to redownload the list of financial institutions, etc. Each time I get back to this rotating green symbol and have to close Quicken using task manager.

Called up T. Rowe and asked if they were having problems at their end. Surprisingly, the answer was "No!". The techie I worked with had me open up a new Quicken file and try and do the account association there - and that didn't work, either.

Mind you, I've had this account for years with nary a bobble, so this is strange.

So: Have any of you seen something like this? Any workarounds?
