I'm trying to make a $19.95 payment for e-filing my state return and it's hanging on the Enter Your Payment Information screen.
Anyone else had this problem or have a solution.
I'm currently on hold on the TurboTax support line.

Figured it out on my own just seconds before TT Tech Support picked up. It was apparently hung trying to verify a Virtual Account Number (VAN). When I switched to a regular CC number it went right thru.
FWIW Tech Support hold time is currently about 45 minutes.
I had problems too. I had 2 to file so I checked the "save my info" box and keep going in circles. Once I unchecked that box the charge went through okay.
