Would like to file my taxes. Have input all the required data into the program. I get the message that IRS form 1116 is not yet available in Turbotax. When I go to the IRS website, it is available
What gives? Anyone else having this same problem?
If you haven't already, I suggest you review:
Both 1116 and 1116AMT show up in 2021 TurboTax Deluxe for me. Note that both are stamped Do Not File which usually means they are effectively worksheets that feed other forms. And both are marked not for direct data entry, which means other worksheets feed them. I don't have any situations that call for these forms, so I can't run the error checker.
Yes. I have the same problem. It looks like TurboTax is promising to have the efile version of the form by March 3 -- after they said elsewhere that it would be available on Feb 17 ???? I used the forms availability table from TurboTax referenced elsewhere in this thread.
