Vanguard said this morning (Thu, 4/29/10) the problem is downstream from them. S&P Comdex (sp?) distributes their data to many client and the error is happening in all that mechanism. I hold Vanguard responsible for the actions of their agents.
S&P Comstock, I believe. You should see their name (or at least "Comstock") at the bottom of the Portfolio tab.
