I am trying to track VAT on purchases of Assets. I created an Asset account but VAT is not tracked on purchases made directly into an asset account, only an expenditure account.
The help file says I can track VAT in an Asset account but this looks like a mistake as I can't get the attributes changed.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
