yeah, today wasn't good - but my VZ stock has no downloaded price/vol info for today... but all my other stocks & mutual funds have their data just fine - just VZ is missing -

I could just manually update the stock Price Edit - as I've done in the past for MM funds when not $1.00 or other messed up stats, but this was a FYI - for others - that the VZ quote was broken today.

Gee, if you think Verizon (VZ, right??) closed at 323, your portfolio should be astronomically *high*! The real value was about 27.

I THINK he meant that the DJIA was down 323 that day. :>(

Ah ha! Thanks - well, if one had some DJIA Diamonds, yep, you were down. (I don't follow the Dow that much. The Wilshire 5000 is a much better US equity market tracking index), but that and the SP500 and Dow all probably tanked. I'm not looking at those to ensure what I said is true; it's depressing enuf thinking about it!

the VZ quote is now missing in the Quicken download as of 6/7/10 -

FWIW downloaded OK for me at 5PM EST ($27.08).

yeah - me too - after the markets closed...

we'll see if this continues, with VZ being tagged as a "mutual fund" type security, with a price quote "est" and not reported until after the markets close...

Geez - after yesterday, I should have checked Friday after all. In hindsight, that would have made me happy.
