- I am very unfamiliar with quotes.
We have a location that can create a quote, but when that quote is converted to a sale and tendered, the sales receipt will not print. They then have to go in to Manger and reprint the receipt.
When I checked the properties of the 40 col receipt formats, quote was not listed as having a receipt, so I put the 40 col in.
Now the sales receipt will print when a quote is tendered, but additionally, the quote is printing on the 40 col receipt printer. What?
I really need some help here. I would think that the quote field of the receipt templates on the 40 col would be blank, and that when a quote is converted to a sale, it would be picking up on the sales 40 col receipt. Why isn't this happening? We are using all standard receipts, no customs at this point.
Totally and completely lost and very grateful for any help here.
