I have 1 OPOS thermal printer. I download the giftreceipt.xml and loaded the receipt format. I set Printer 1 to Always print and Joural with regular receipt format. I set Printer 2 to Do Not Print, I selected the Journal with Giftreceipt format.
When I do a sale it prints fine. When I go to journal and select Printer 1, it should do a reprint of the original sale receipt, but it doesnt, it print the gift receipt. When I select printer 2 (the one that should print the gift receipt) it give error 425 (device is locked) The POS option to share the OPOS printer is checked. I double checked everything else. I am stumped. Please help!
