Reprint of Receipt...

At one of our stores, we get the following when trying to reprint a receipt from one of our account customers transactions: In the receipt preview window it shows "No Receipt to Display".

In the purchase history I can see what it was for and the amount, but there appears to be no receipt...any ideas why this would have happened and is there a way to produce a receipt for this transaction?

Can anyone remember if an error occured during this tendering of this transaction that might of caused the system not to Journal the receipt?

If this was a payment on account have you checked the Receipt Format to see if the Payment tender has a receipt template assigned to it?

I have not heard of any way of reproducing a receipt from a previous transaction.

one thing you can check - in SO manager, go to Database menu - Registers - Register List. Select the register you are trying to print the receipt from and click the properties button. Click on the receipt printer tab for the printer that this register uses. Verify that 'Journal receipts from this printer' is checked. If it not, then check it. If it's not checked then that is why there is no receipt in the journal for you to reprint, and I don't think there's any way to reproduce it after the fact.
