F11 Reprint and two receipt formats problem

I have a strange problem with a customer. They use two different receipt formats. It is setup that you can choose wich format to print after a transaction. They have 3 registers, on two of them it is working fine. But there is one registeren where the following happens:

If you choose the second receipt format after the transaction, the correct receipt prints. But of you press F11 for a reprint, it prints the first receipt format instead of the second. On the other registers it is working fine.

Any thoughts?
