When doing a reprint or going to journal viewer to print out a copy of a receipt, it prints it out but on a smaller scale. The printer does not save the 'paper available size'. It keeps it as 80mm. We need it to be 82.5 x 210. Has anyone had this problem before? We have changed the default settings to
82.5 x 210, but it still sees the 'paper available' as 80mm.
