XP's Temporary CD Burning Folder

Can anyone tell me where this folder is?

I teach a beginner Quicken Class and there are always a few pupils whose computers do not come up with the "XP Burning Wizard"

I want to be able to tell them how to access it.

C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning
