Using Q2005 and WinXPHome. When trying to back up to a CD I got the regular message Files Archived - Still need to burn Files in the XP temporary CD burning folder. I exited Quicken but nowhere can I find the XP CD writing utility/wizard to burn the backup files to the CD. Eventually I found the files in the temporary folder and used Sonic Record now to burn them to the CD. I think that normally on the Systen tray was showing up an icon which when clicked was letting me to burn the files and erase them from the temporary folder. This is not happening. Any ideas what to look for and where? Thanks
