Only if your bank objects to multiple endorsements.
No more than there would be if he endorsed he pay check and deposited into your account.

If you are a tax pro.... and your son is a client........ there is a very big problem. It's forbidden.
But of course you didn't say this is the case, but I mention it just so all the bases will be covered.
