Is there any problem with my son endorsing his IRS refund check, and then my depositing it to my account?

Only if your bank objects to multiple endorsements.

No more than there would be if he endorsed he pay check and deposited into your account.

If you are a tax pro.... and your son is a client........ there is a very big problem. It's forbidden.

But of course you didn't say this is the case, but I mention it just so all the bases will be covered.

Hi. I'm the external auditer to a publicly traded Fortune 500 company. Is there anything wrong with my sister company providing business consulting services to the same client?
