IRS address needed

Taxpayer received a notice from the "Large Business and INternational" division of the IRS a few months ago. The taxpayer is a nonresident alien who files a Schedule C for only the portion of her income earned in the US.

The taxpayer only has the first page of the letter which doesn't list an address, only a contact name and a phone number (area code 512). The listed agent doesn't return phone calls. (Her outgoing message says that calls will be returned in 3-5 business days.)

Does anybody know the address to which we can address correspondence?

Thanks for any help.

Did you try entering the phone number and name in a search engine or just the phone number?

When I couldn't contact the IRS employee whose name and number were on the document they sent me, I called their district office and asked to speak with the person's supervisor. I eventually got a call back.

If you only have the first page of the letter, what exactly would your correspondence contain?

As with any taxpayer who ignores (or in your scenario, partially ignores) initial IRS correspondence, there will probably be a follow-up letter with the same or more complete details at some future date.
