Hmmm. Most people ask if these premiums ae deductible as SEHI on page 1 of the 1040. If that was the question, yes they are.
There was a discussion of this issue in this newsgroup earlier this year. Some people claimed that under appropriate circumstances Medicare Part B premiums were deductible on Schedule C where they reduced SE tax. Otherwise, they can be deducted on Page 1 of Form 1040 as noted in Art Kamlet's answer. See
