I tried using TaxAct's online Deluxe+State version but I ran into some problems right away:
- If I wanted to check or correct something I couldn't go back to the previous page - all fields were empty(!). I had to start from the beginning to get back to where I was.
- An additional (new) W2 was added by the software. I couldn't delete this. Is this normal? If so, this is not good... I was considering downloading the software instead of using the online version, but what I see so far is not encouraging.
