RE: IRS form 1040 for 2019

I have filed an extension and have to file the 1040 by Oct 15th, 2020
As a full time self-employed Real Estate professional with rental properties where do I enter the Self Employment Health Ins premiums in Turbo Tax?
I have Schedule E with a few rental properties. No Schedule C.
Turbo Tax will not allow me to enter the dollar amount on Line 16 Schedule 1 of the 1040 form. It seems to want me to enter it in Schedule C but I have no Sch C.
The Override won't work to allow me to enter the figure too.
Please help.
