ABA Routing Number & US Corresponding bank

Anyone in this wise ng know where one can find out a bank's corresponding US office and its ABA Routing Number (and/or fedwire)?

Let me preempt quick responses:" just ask the relevant bank". Unfortunately the layers I can talk to and email are proving thicker than molasses. I looked at

but there's a site designed to be pretty and not useful. I can find out swift codes a-plenty but need an equiv. US information source.

I suggest this is a bad idea, there might be more than one, they might use a different bank from the one listed, the one listed might be wrong for various reasons. Assuming you are xferring money somewhere you need to be

100% sure its going to the right place!

I understand your point. As the problem bank is French, I was hoping to dig up possible info which could be used as a lever since they are parochial beyond belief.
