Buckinghamshire Building Society and Bath Building Society still offer them.

Bucks pay a bit more interest but their account transfers are strictly to/from the main company account. Bath can do transfers to anybody, which is more flexible.

Both of these outfits are a breath of fresh air compared to the t0ssers in the banks...
