B of E's UK interest rate projections

About 10 months ago, someone posted a reference here to the B of E interst rate projection:

Today, I decided to take another look to see how accurate the projection turned out to be. Here it is:

According to the projection, rates are now peaking and we are about to experience a long steady fall in interest rates over the next 3 years or more.

How likely is this to be true? I am mainly interested in what interest rates are likely to be doing this time next year. Can anyone enlighten me?

Are there any believable residential property price projections anywhere? (Again I'm interested in the probable price situation of the first-time-buyer market, this time next year.)

Thank you,

Hank

With strong retail, housing market and inflation still high I would predict another rise in the base rate soon. After that who knows?
